Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse

On August 25, 2015, the Pharmacy Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.

The proposed rules affect Chapters Phar 1 and 8, relating to definitions and controlled substances.

Statement of Scope

The scope statement for this rule, SS 035-15, was approved by the Governor on March 30, 2015, published in Register No. 712A1, on April 6, 2015, and approved by the Pharmacy Examining Board on June 3, 2015.

Agency Procedure for Promulgation

A public hearing is required and will be held on September 23, 2015.
