Notice of Submittal of Rule to Legislature
On April 29, 2015, the Department of Public Instruction (PI) submitted CR 15-019, a proposed rule in final draft form,
to the chief clerk of each house of the legislature pursuant to
s. 227.19 (2), Wis. Stats.
Pursuant to Coyne v. Walker, the Department of Public Instruction is not required to obtain the Governor’s approval of the rule under s. 227.185. Coyne v. Walker, No. 2013AP416, 2015 WL 686178 (Wis. Ct. App. Feb. 19, 2015)
