Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On April 23, 2015, the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapter NR 150, relating to the Department’s environmental analysis and review procedures. A related emergency rule, EmR1417, Natural Resources Board Order Number OE-10-14(E), affecting the same Administrative Code provisions contained in this proposed rule and relating to the same purpose has been published and is in effect.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 131-14, was approved by the Governor on December 24, 2014, published in Register No.709A2, on January 12, 2015, and approved by Natural Resources Board as required by s. 227.135 (2), Stats.) on February 25, 2012. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on June 2, 2015.
