Notes: The scope for this rule, SS 018-15, was approved by the Governor on February 16, 2015, published in register No. 710B on February 23, 2015, and approved by the Board of Agriculture, Trade & Consumer Protection on March 11, 2015. The emergency rule effective date will be May 1, 2015.

This emergency rule was approved by the Governor on April 15, 2015.

NOTICE OF HEARING
ATCP 100, Relating to Milk Contractors
The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) announces that it will hold a public hearing on the proposed emergency rule ATCP 100, relating to milk contractors.
DATCP will hold one public hearing at the time and place shown below.

DATCP invites the public to attend the hearing and comment on the proposal. Following the public hearing, the hearing record will remain open until June 26, 2015, for additional written comments.
