Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On March 5, 2015, the Department of Natural Resources submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.
Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapters NR 19 to 21 and 26, relating to fishing regulations on inland, outlying, and boundary waters of Wisconsin.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 114-14, was approved by the Governor on October 31, 2014, published in Register No. 707A on November 15, 2014, and approved by the Natural Resources Board on December 10, 2014.
Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and hearings will be held in every county of the State on April 13, 2015.
