Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On February 27, 2015, the Department of Safety and Professional Services submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.
Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapters SPS 361 and 364, relating to mechanical ventilation systems for minor repair garages.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 125-14, was approved by the Governor on November 20, 2014, published in Register No.708, on December 14, 2014, and approved by Department of Safety and Professional Services Secretary, Dave Ross on January 1, 2015.
Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on March 30, 2015.
