This resolution amends the assembly rules to provide that the chief clerk, under
the supervision of the speaker, must implement a mandatory program of
anti-harassment and ethics training for all members, officers, and assembly
employees. The training must be conducted at the beginning of the biennial
legislative session.

AR22,1 4Section 1. Assembly rule 6m is created to read:
AR22,1,9 5Assembly Rule 6m. Mandatory anti-harassment and ethics training for
6members, officers, and employees.
The chief clerk, under the supervision of the
7speaker, shall implement a mandatory program of anti-harassment and ethics
8training for all members, officers, and assembly employees. The training shall be
9conducted at the beginning of the biennial legislative session.
