This bill amends the 2017-19 Authorized State Building Program to add one
project for the Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection. The
project involves the construction of a Wisconsin School of Urban Agriculture in the
city of Milwaukee. The project is financed with $10,000,000 in general fund
supported borrowing.

enact as follows:
