4establish a study committee to review issues related to the educational
5communications board and to make recommendations regarding the educational
6communications board's funding, duties, and organization no later than December

9board.

13provider of materials for elementary and secondary education for grades

SB21-SSA1-SA30,2,17 15(d) Whether the educational communications board should continue to serve
16as the state relay for the emergency alert system and Amber alert system and what
17other networks, if any, could perform this function.
SB21-SSA1-SA30,2,21 18(e) Whether the educational communications board should continue to operate
19as an independent board or be merged with the broadcast and media innovations
20division of University of Wisconsin-Extension either as a part of the University of
21Wisconsin System or as an independent state agency.".
