"e. If the individual completes treatment and tests negative for use of a 6
controlled substance, or tests positive for the use of a controlled substance but 7
presents evidence satisfactory to the department that the individual possesses a 8
valid prescription for each controlled substance for which the individual tests 9
positive, the individual will have satisfactorily completed the substance abuse 10
screening and testing requirements under this subsection.
However, if the 11
individual tests positive again, the individual may continue to participate in the 12
treatment program, beginning treatment again as determined by the department, 13
but may not participate in the employment and training program until he or she
submits to random testing for the use of a controlled substance and for 3 consecutive 2
months tests negative for use of a controlled substance or tests positive with evidence 3
satisfactory to the department that the individual possesses a valid prescription for 4
each controlled substance for which the individual tests positive.".
