senate, the assembly concurring, That, upon the adoption
3of this joint resolution by the senate and concurrence therein by the assembly,
4enrolled 2023 Senate Bill 408, relating to public funds for substantially identical
5materials distributed by state senators and representatives to the assembly prior to
6a general election and providing a penalty, is recalled and shall be made available
7in the senate at the amendable stage on any day's calendar.
