SB670,1,3 1An Act to repeal 66.1010 of the statutes; relating to: repealing the prohibition
2against local governments enacting or enforcing an eviction moratorium on a
3landlord.
Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau
Under current law, no city, village, town, or county may enact or enforce an
ordinance that imposes a moratorium on a landlord from pursuing an eviction action
against a tenant of the landlord's residential or commercial property.
This bill repeals that provision.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
