1An Act to amend 38.08 (1) (a) 1. (intro.) and 38.08 (1) (a) 1g. (intro.) of the
2statutes;
relating to: technical college district board membership.

Under current law, technical college district boards must be composed of nine
members who are residents of the district. This bill requires that technical college
district board members also be United States citizens.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
