Notes: A Notice of Submittal of Rules to Legislature in Final Draft Form was published in Register 747B on March 26, 2018 indicating that CR 18-009 had been filed for legislative review. That notice was incorrect and should have referred to CR 18-004. A corrected notice for CR 18-004 will be published in Register 748A1 on April 2, 2018.
