SB208-SA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
SB208-SA1,1,3 21. Page 1, line 3: delete “airports." and substitute “airports and modifying
3administrative rules of the Department of Natural Resources.".
SB208-SA1,1,5 42. Page 2, line 5: delete “that is conducted in accordance with applicable" and
5substitute “when authorized by".
SB208-SA1,1,7 63. Page 2, line 13: delete “that is conducted in accordance with applicable" and
7substitute “when authorized by".
SB208-SA1,1,9 84. Page 3, line 2: delete “that is conducted in accordance with applicable" and
9substitute “when authorized by".
SB208-SA1,1,10 105. Page 3, line 5: after that line insert:

1114.002 (18m) (intro.) “Public-use airport" means any of the following as
2provided in 49 USC 2202 47102 (22):” .

4“applicable" on line 15 and substitute “when authorized by".
SB208-SA1,2,6 57. Page 3, line 23: delete the material beginning with “that" and ending with
6“applicable" on line 24 and substitute “when authorized by".
SB208-SA1,2,7 78. Page 4, line 2: after that line insert:
SB208-SA1,2,8 8 Section 7m. NR 12.10 (3) (f) of the administrative code is created to read:
SB208-SA1,2,149 NR 12.10 (3) (f) Shooting hours. The department may exempt a permittee from
10shooting hours established under s. NR 10.06 if the exemption is used to assist
11designated personnel at a public-use airport, as defined in s. 114.002 (18m), or an
12airport under the exclusive control of the national guard or U.S. department of
13defense, in conducting nuisance wildlife management and control when authorized
14by state or federal permits.”.
