NR 274.151 NR 274.151 Cyanide.
NR 274.151(1)(1) Periodic analyses for cyanide are not required when both of the following conditions are met:
NR 274.151(1)(a) (a) The first wastewater sample taken in the calendar year has been analyzed and found to contain less than 0.7% mg/l cyanide; and
NR 274.151(1)(b) (b) The owner or operator certifies in writing to the department or control authority that cyanide is neither generated nor used in the manufacturing process.
