NR 230.381(3) (3) “Process wastewater" means any water which, during manufacturing or processing, comes into contact with or results from the production or use of any raw material, intermediate product, finished product, byproduct, or waste product, except for contaminated nonprocess wastewater.

NR 230.401 NR 230.401Specialized definitions. The following definitions apply to the terms used in this subchapter:
NR 230.401(1) (1) “Contaminated nonprocess wastewater" means any water which, during manufacturing or processing, comes into incidental contact with any raw material, intermediate product, finished product, byproduct, or waste product.
