2023 WISCONSIN ACT 197

An Act to amend 118.197 (1) (b) (intro.) of the statutes; relating to: an alternative teacher certification program for an initial license to teach.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

197,1 Section 1. 118.197 (1) (b) (intro.) of the statutes is amended to read:

118.197 (1) (b) (intro.) The individual successfully completed an alternative teacher certification program operated by a nonstock, nonprofit an organization described under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code that satisfies all of the following criteria:
