Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On October 12, 2016, the Controlled Substances Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.
Analysis
The proposed rules affect Section CSB 2.40, relating to exclusion of [123I]ioflupane.
A related Administrative Action Order, affecting the same Administrative Code provision contained in this proposed rule and relating to the same purpose has been published and is in effect.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 071-16, was approved by the Governor on August 4, 2016, published in Register No. 728A2 on, August 8, 2016 and approved by the Controlled Substances Board on September 1, 2016.
Agency Procedure for Promulgation
Pursuant to s. 961.11(4), Stats., a public hearing is not required.
If no objection is made, the board shall promulgate, without making the determinations or findings required by subs. (1), (1m), (1r) and (s) or s. 961.13, 961.15, 961.17, 961.19 or 961.21, a final rule, for which notice of proposed rule making is omitted, designating, rescheduling, temporarily scheduling or deleting a substance.
