Suspension: On June 25, 2020, the Joint Committee for Review of Administrative Rules, pursuant to s. 227.26 (2) (d), Stats., voted to suspend Section 14 of Emergency Rule 2009 on the grounds that that section of the emergency rule fails to comply with legislative intent, is arbitrary and capricious, and imposes an undue hardship on custodial parents.
